Refund Policy

1. Project Milestones
Payments are structured around agreed project milestones. Refund eligibility is assessed per milestone based on work completed at the time of the request. Fully completed milestones are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel a project before any work has commenced, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued within 14 business days, minus any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred (e.g., domain purchases, software licenses).
3. Partial Work
If cancellation occurs after work has begun, you will be invoiced proportionally for work completed and deliverables provided. Any overpayment relative to completed work will be refunded within 14 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Completed and delivered milestones
- Third-party services purchased on your behalf (hosting, domains, plugins)
- Consulting hours already delivered
- Work rejected after two rounds of reasonable revision
5. How to Request a Refund

6. Dispute Resolution

Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services
Velocloudix provides web development, database architecture, infrastructure setup, and related digital services as described in individual project proposals and invoices. The scope of each engagement is defined in the corresponding project agreement.
2. Project Agreements
Each project is governed by a separate proposal or statement of work (SOW) that details the scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. These Terms apply supplementary to any project-specific agreements.
3. Payment Terms
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge.
- Work may be paused if payment is overdue by more than 21 days.
- All prices are in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for deliverables are transferred to the client. Velocloudix retains the right to display work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the project for a period of 24 months.
6. Limitation of Liability
Velocloudix’ total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days’ written notice. Upon termination, the client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of España. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Valladolid, España.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued engagement after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
